Kinetic Industries — Membership Agreement

1. Definitions

"Kinetic Industries" refers to the maker studio operated at the designated premises, including all toolhead nodes, software systems, and facilities.

"Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and holds a valid clearance pass (Standard, Student, or Partner tier).

"Toolhead" refers to any production machine node including but not limited to the Cricut Maker 3, Bambu Lab P2S, Weedo Tina2S, and Daja A6 Pro.

2. Membership Tiers

Kinetic Industries offers three membership tiers:

• Standard Creator Plan — Full access to all toolheads, standard rates apply.
• Student Creator Plan — Discounted rates for full-time students (proof of enrollment required).
• Partner Creator Plan — Discounted rates for partner organisations and educational institutions.

All rates are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Pass durations range from 1 Day to Permanent.

3. Member Obligations

1. Members must complete a safety induction before operating any toolhead.
2. Members must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as specified for each machine.
3. Members are responsible for the cost of materials consumed and machine time used, deducted from their wallet balance.
4. Members must not leave toolheads unattended during operation.
5. Members must report any equipment malfunction or damage immediately via the Enquiry Support system.
6. Members must not use toolheads for illegal purposes or to produce prohibited items.

4. Booking & Usage

Machine bookings are made through the Kinetic Industries terminal on a first-come, first-served basis. Each member may book one machine per day. Bookings are non-transferable.

Machine time is billed at the rates displayed in the Cost Calculator. Material costs are deducted from the member's wallet upon dispensing.

5. Wallet & Payments

All transactions are processed through the member's wallet. Top-ups can be made at any time. Unused wallet balances are non-refundable but do not expire.

6. Liability

Kinetic Industries is not liable for:

• Damage to member's personal materials or projects.
• Injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
• Loss or corruption of digital files uploaded to the system.

7. Termination

Kinetic Industries reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of this agreement, safety rules, or inappropriate conduct. No refund will be provided for terminated memberships.

8. Privacy

Member data is handled in accordance with the Kinetic Industries Privacy Policy. See Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

This agreement may be amended from time to time. Members will be notified of changes via the announcement system.
