Ward Seven is a night shift in a veterinary clinic that closes at midnight and is not empty. Each night you walk the same corridor, and exactly one thing has changed — or nothing has. This page is the ward at scale, all sixteen anomalies with where to look, and the arithmetic of the report, so you know what you are walking into before you open Studio.
96 studs from the intake door to the observation door, 12 studs wide, four rooms off the corridor. The desk is at the intake end — you spawn in front of it, facing down the corridor. Click a room to see which anomalies live there; click an anomaly below to light up where it happens.
Three kinds of wrong: something moved, something is lit differently, and there is one more of something than there should be. Click any of them.
Each entry gives you the tell, where to stand to see it, and the first night it can appear. Late-night anomalies are the ones that move.
The night number is the difficulty dial, not a level select. Later nights unlock heavier anomalies — lights out, a fifth cage, wet prints, a gurney in the corridor, the bell, and from night five something standing at the end of the corridor.
| Night | Title | Objective, as the game writes it | New this night |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | NIGHT SHIFT | Walk the ward. Report anything that is wrong. | Doors, chairs, posters, kennels |
| 2 | PATIENT LOG | The ward is not empty. Report what changed. | Flicker · surgery door shut · clock wrong · stain |
| 3 | THE LONGER CORRIDOR | Count nothing. Just walk to the end. | An extra door · red lights · a fifth cage |
| 4 | SUBJECT SEVEN | Keep walking. Do not answer it. | Lights out · wet prints · gurney in the corridor |
| 5 | THE BELL | Something in the surgery is ringing. | Something standing at the end of the corridor |
| 6 | SIX NAMES | Look at the staff photograph. Look carefully. | A bell above the surgery door |
| 7 | THE TAG | It is walking behind you now. Report, and it stops. | Everything, at once, and it follows |
| 8 | THE TABLE | Surgery. The light is on. | The surgery light is already on |
Stand within 11 studs of the desk at the intake end and press E. The night log asks one question and takes one answer per night.

| The anomaly on a clean night | is wrong | false alarm, same thing behind you | 1 strike |

It walks slower than a sprint. Keep moving and it never reaches you; turn and look at nothing and it does. A correct report clears it instantly — the report is the weapon, not the torch.
This is a .rbxl place file, not a web page — it needs Roblox Studio. Open the file, press
Play, and you are in the ward. Nothing to install, no account needed beyond Studio itself.
If Studio is already holding an older copy of the place, it will keep playing the old build no matter
how many times the file on disk is rebuilt. The filename carries the build id
(b3-desk) for exactly this reason, and the HUD prints the same id in the corner.
